My name is Barry Beckham and I am 56 years old. I live in Cambridgeshire and Photography has been a serious hobby for myself and my wife Carol for most of our adult life. We were active members of our local Camera Club for many years and participated in the competitions and exhibitions that makes up club life. We discovered digital imaging almost by accident when a good friend introduced me to Adobe Photoshop 2.5, yes 2.5 and that was some time ago now.

One day I sent some images to a new magazine that was about to be launched called Digital PhotoFX and from that was asked to write about how I produced the images and the rest is history as they say.

I have now moved on and create a sell tutorial CD's and DVD's from my new web site that has been operating now for about 18 months.
