Once you have clicked to select your version of windows, look further down the page to a heading called OPTIONAL DOWNLOADS
There is another file that you must download as well as Audacity. It is called Lame MP3 Encoder. Download the lame file too. Install Audactity first and then the lame file. This second file is necessary to allow Audacity to export Mp3 sound files for use in PicturesToExe Slide Show Software.
