Our CD's and DVD's are designed to be free standing and they require no software to be installed on your PC to run the video tutorials. In most cases the images used by the author are available on the DVD to allow you to follow the tutorials, but the copyright does remain with Beckham Digital. Downloaded videos are designed to run in Windows Media Player, which is an integral part of all Windows operating systems. Its great fun to apply filters to our images and turn them from photographic quality images into a piece of art.

Applying the filters that come with Photoshop is also a part of the learning curve of this fascinating software, but what we need to do is to try something different and create something that is a little more unique. These tutorials deal with other techniques, rather than just applying individual filters. We take you through a range of techniques that you can use and apply to much of your Photoshop work. We make use of layers and multiple filter effects to try and create something that will stand out from the crowd.

There are also numerous third party filter systems available for Photoshop that we can install and vary the way we filter and finish our images. However, there are so many different filters, it is often difficult to work out which ones we might find useful from those we will rarely use. We will introduce you to some of our favorite third party filters demonstrating how we may best install them and use them.
